  Hello I’m having issues with adding my theme that I purchased. There isn’t a tab for me to add my downloaded theme

  To upload a theme to a WordPress.com site you need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan. You can read more here:

  If you don’t like to upgrade to either of those plans, you can use a theme from our library:
