  Every time I try to upload a theme, the page expires.

  Can you please share your site URL?

  If your site is on WordPress.com, you can follow this guide to upload a custom theme: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  Please know that you would need a WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plan to upload the custom theme.

  Also, please know that this is a public forum that provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
