  Hi there, what’s the address of the website you’re working on? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  Uploading 3rd party themes (even free ones) on WordPress.com websites requires that your WPcom site have at least the Business plan upgrade. More on that in the themes link that @cintiamillan pointed to.

  If you are trying to activate one of the free themes offered in our Theme Showcase and are running into an error, please let us know the address of the site and more details about the error message.
