  Hi There,

  Could you provide your website URL to assist you in the right direction? Also, let us know which theme you are trying to install?

  To activate a theme, follow the below steps:-

  1) Go to My Sites → Appearance → Themes.
  2) Click the three dots next to any theme to expand the menu.
  3) Click on Activate to apply the theme to your site.
  4) Visit the Customizer to adjust various aspects of the theme’s design.

  To upload a custom or third-party theme, you need a WordPress.com Business or higher plan. Please check the below guide for more details:-

  To select a theme for your site go to https://wordpress.com/themes/ , select the one you like, and press the “Activate this design” button.
