  Hi i just downloded the elementor plugin. But i can use it the page just showes a error page that said ‘maximnardini.wpcomstaging.com refused to connect.’. What is this? first i have to upgrade to the 40 dollars a month plan just to use plugins and still it doesent works.
  Could you please help me…

  Thanks for reaching out.

  I see what you are saying here. It looks like there may be an issue with the WordPress.com dashboard and Elementor.

  As a next step here, can you please head to My Site → Pages for me? From there, click on View in the top right-hand corner and select the Classic view option.

  Here is a screenshot to help you locate that setting:

  

  After you do this, please hover over the page you want to edit and then click Edit with Elementor, as seen here:
