  I want to use the The INove Theme but I can’t find it, This is my favorite theme please can you make me use it on my blog.

  INove, is now a retired theme and is not available to new users. Do note that retired themes do not support all WordPress.com features. I suggest you simply choose to another theme here. http://wordpress.com/themes/
