Themes and non static pages

  I am wanting to have sub pages that I can post to. Obviously right now I am aware that my pages are static. Are there any theme websites that offer themes for wordpress.com blogs that I can purchase and have sub categories that I can post to as well as posting to the main page. Most of the themes I see that offer this for purchase are only supported on wordpress.org.
