themes are not opening as they look

  I have configured wordpress on local host , but when I try to customize theme the preview does not load any images and doesn’t look like the original thing in anyway . i am facing the same problem for all the themes .

  Your site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but it is not hosted on WordPress.com.
