  Hi, I’m trying to change my website theme and it’s not working. I’ve tried with some different ones, but it only says. Unable to activate theme. Contact support. I do aprecciate some help with this. Thanks

  Hi there,

  This is because the Business Plan on your site has expired.

  You have two options:

  1) We can help you add a new Business Plan to your site. You won’t be able to buy one yourself at this point, so let us know if you want to do this, and we can send you a link to pay for the plan before adding it back for you manually.

  2) We can downgrade your site back to the free plan. If we do this all plugins you have installed will be removed, and there is also a risk that any content you added to the site since you first installed plugins will be lost. Please confirm that you understand this risk if you want us to proceed with downgrading your site.
