themes aren't showing up?

  i am activating free wordpress themes and that aren’t showing up at all. the only thing that appears is the color scheme and font style. help!

  Your site is currently using the Orvis theme. Set up instructions are at https://wordpress.com/theme/orvis
  When you have posted your own content posts/pages/images you’ll have something to work with.
