Themes Directory Not Updating

At one time I could simply make a copy of a theme, and then rename it, and WP would pick it up and reflect the new theme folder with the new name in the Themes section where I could then enable to theme, and then assign it to the blog of my choice. However, now this does not work. Even if I delete a theme, it does not show as deleted in the WP administration panel. The WP administration panel does not seem to reflect changes in the themes folder.

Also, if I delete the header in one of the themes, and copy a changed header, it still shows the old header, although I have no idea where it gets it, since it is no longer on the server.

This is not an issue of the browser cache, the same problem persists regardless of the browser of computer I test it on. Secondly, I am not using any cache plug in of any kind.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are renaming Themes and using any Plug-in’s then you are not hosted on WordPress.COM

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
