  What type of theme or something do I need to start as an Affiliate~Ambassador, I’m already an Affiliate for a few metaphysical shops.

  You can use any theme you like. Affiliate linking is allowed but restricted on the wordpress.com platform, https://wordpress.com/support/monetize-your-site/#affiliate-linking
