Themes for blog website

  I’m new at all this and I’m a bit frustrated trying to customize my site with a theme.
  I downloaded a free preview, but no pictures populated.
  Do the themes not come with pictures?
  It was very confusing.
  I couldn’t find any prices on these themes either.
