  Hi,
  I have my server and i want to install wordPress on it. My question is :
  Which themes are free so that can i used them and modify them.
  If i see themes on internet which is free , can i uses them ?
  Can you explain please ?

  See themes section at WordPress.ORG – also be careful of free themes from the internet – lots of junk out there that has Malware embedded in the themes that will do bad things to your blog or even ruin it
