Themes from themes.wordpress.net

  I have gone through some other users’ questions in the forums and it seems that as a basic user I can only use the themes available from wordpress. I have run into some nice themes in themes.wordpress.net. Maybe my question is very simple but I am a new blogger and would like help on how to use one of those themes for my blog if it is possible. Thank you in advance for your advice.

  It is not possible unless you are very good at working with CSS. As you’ve probably read, those themes will only work with independently-hosted WordPress blogs unless an expert can write the CSS and then you buy the upgrade and apply it.
