  Hi there,

  Are you referring to importing the self-hosted WordPress.org theme Shop Isle, as shown here?
  https://wordpress.org/themes/shop-isle/

  It’s not possible to upload a theme without upgrading to a Business plan!
  You may want to browse available free themes to find something similar.
