Themes issue after transfer from wp.com to wp.org – please help!

  Today I decided to move from wp.com to wp.org with Go Daddy hosting. It took ages to do it all and I finally imported my wp.com blog. The next problem came up when I realised it does not import into the same theme which is a pain but I thought easily solvable. Unfortunately not the case because it now seems that this theme disappeared. I have two questions:

  1.) Is all themes available on wp.com also available on wp.org?
  2.) How can I see all themes on wp.org? The search function seems to deliver limited results.

  1.) No and themes from WordPress.com are not exportable and cannot be used on WordPress.org sites.

  2.) There are 1,657 themes here > http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

  You need to register a WordPress.ORG username account on the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/support/ and post there for support, as we don’t provide support for WordPress.ORG installs here.
