  why is the theme not updating and stays on an old deleted theme

  Hey there @laceyelks2518, it looks like you’ve switched to Elementor, but you haven’t configured it for your site yet.

  There are a number of tutorials available for Elementor and WooCommerce. I would imagine Elementor support will know best what guide to recommend. Do you want to reach out to them? https://elementor.com/support/
