Themes not displaying correctly in IE8

  Themes not displaying correctly in IE 8. I have tried multiple themes but the header banner and text do not display correctly. I am forced to make the website work on IE8 because the visitors computers all have IE 8 by policy.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. The last IE version is 11, version 8 is deprecated.

  I understand that. But there has got to be themes and or plugins for a work around. Not everyone has access to the latest Version of IE I work for the state and they are mandated to use IE8 and will until a policy change.

  Here is the WordPress.com forums for WordPress.com blogs. We haven’t possibility to use plugins.
