themes not responsive

  Hi, I am trying to apply a new theme on my website, however, it seems to not be responsive to any of its features, regardless of which theme I choose – e..g it doesn’t allow me to to choose any sliders, feature images, boxes etc. Is there anything wrong with the homepage?
