Themes Not Updating

    https://michellearvin.com/ is already using the Redhill theme.

    I’ve read through this thread and it’s not clear to me what exactly you’re trying to do.

    At the moment you have the site configured to show blog posts on the front page, but you don’t have any blog posts published, which is why you see a Nothing Found message on the front page. In the Customizer you see something different, because the Customizer automatically show dummy-content in the preview if there’s no actual content on the site.

    You have a page, https://michellearvin.com/michelle-arvin-birth-doula/, that appears to have been created using the default front page layout for this theme. If you want that to be what people see when they open your site, you need to set that as your front page.

    To do that, go to My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Homepage settings. Change the first option to Static Page, and then select that page under the Front Page option that will appear.

    I think that’s solved it. Thanks for explaining- I missed the proper set up for home page. I appreciate all the help!

    Yes, my next recommendation would be to try switching the theme back to something else, and then back to Redhill.

    It seems like a cache somewhere is not clearing, but we’re out of caches we can clear ourselves.
