  I’m trying to start a theme and when I do it says it’s active but there’s hardly anything on the page. The whole theme isn’t visible.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  You can reach the theme support here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/hello-elementor

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
