Themes Not Working Properly

    Any theme I use for my website looks like a mobile version, even on my desktop computer and laptop. When I try to preview the site with mine, it always just goes back to looking simple, and nothing like the preview photo. Have I somehow turned on a mobile setting or something? If I choose between the desktop, tablet, or phone preview, they all look exactly the same, the desktop one doesn’t look fancier at all. I really want to change how my website looks, but I can’t figure out how to change it.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please contact support for your theme directly for help with this.
