Themes on Privately Hosted Site

  I have a privately hosted website and would love to install the Flora and Fauna theme for it. But, when I go to buy it, it appears that I can only apply it to my WordPress.com hosted site? I’m not sure, but I want to use this theme for a different and already existing website. Can I?

  Thanks for getting in touch. Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com.
  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your new, self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  Arrgh, sorry!

  I misread your question. Sometimes my fingers work faster than my brain.

  The essential answer is the same. Most wordpress.com themes are not available outside of wordpress.com. That holds true for Flora and Fauna as well. My apologies.
