Themes supporting a right hand menu

  Hi there

  does anyone know of any wordpress themes that support a right hand menu such as this one: http://secretlivesofobjects.blogspot.co.uk. I realise this blog was created in blogger. I’d like to have a menu such as this on my twenty twelve themed blog http://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=thackrayworldwarone. It would be great if this could be done in the twenty twelve theme, but if not, is there a theme someone could please recommend?
