Hi there,
I wanted to try and customise a test of this page for our brand, and then get approval and if successful purchase. https://wordpress.com/theme/promenade/screecharts.wordpress.com
I can’t see how to make it look like the test? Is there any instructions on what to do?

Hi Jacqui,
You can preview how any theme will look on your site by clicking Preview → Try & Customize. The Purchase button will then appear at the top and you’ll be presented with an upgrade screen where you can purchase the theme.

Please let me know if I’m understanding your question correctly: You would like to preview your site with the Promenade theme before purchasing, is that right?
If so, try clicking on the “Open Live Demo” link, and then press the “Try & Customize” button. You may then be asked to select which blog you’d like to try it on (if you have several blogs) and then click “Try & Customize” once more. You should then see a live preview of your site with the Promenade theme.
If you did this and you notice that it doesn’t quite look like the theme does in its screenshots, it may be that you need to tweak some settings. There are instructions listed in the “Setup” tab of the theme page for Promenade (located to the left of the “Open Live Demo” link). It will walk through steps like adding a static front page with a featured image, adding a custom menu to get the links at the top of the header, etc. to get it to look more like the screenshot.
