themes that cost money

  I just wanted to know if they cost for particular themes such as the photography theme, is that a one time charge or is it some kind of yearly fee or anything like that?

  The price for each premium theme is displayed in the Themes Showcase > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/
  Pricing for each theme can also be found under the Premium tab in the Appearance → Themes page of your dashboard. Premium themes are priced per blog, for the lifetime of that blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/

  P.S. If what you are asking is can I have time payments and pay monthly for a premium theme the answer is no.
