Themes that offer varitous benefits.

Hello, I was hoping to pick peoples brains on here.
I am currently running a small blog (tinkering with it at the moment) but hopefully in the near future will be expanding and setting up a website containing a blog and podcast etc.
I am looking for a theme that allows for my own personalised header, drop down boxes, a rolling banner with different stories across the top and also one that allows me to have not only a home page with links to stories but one that allows to have ‘blog’ as a page that too links to various stories.
