Themes that support author bios

    I feel like there was a post here, somewhere, that listed all of the themes that would display a short author bio below each post. I cannot, for the life of me, find that post no matter how I search. The best I can find is a link to an old WP site that hasn’t been updated in years, but I thought there was a more recent post here.

    Can anyone help me find it?

    I’m assuming that you refer to Panos’ list of themes. Regardless, any such list that you may find even here in the forums would be out of date quite quickly given the rate of theme release here. The best would be to either preview from the Theme Showcase a single post (normally author profile appears at the bottom of the post) in each theme’s demo site you are interested in.

    Another quicker option to display the author profile is to add the Gravatar profile widget to a theme that supports a permanent sidebar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/gravatar-profile-widget/

    If you do decide to continue your search in the forums, once you find the thread you refer to, you can add it to a special page in your forum profile by clicking on the link in the sidebar here “add this topic to your favorites” so if you need to reference it again, you can find it quickly from your forum profile page. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/ecumenicallife
