Themes will not load

    I had Bluehost change my primary domain to brianfeutz.com. When they did that, all of my websites look perfect except brianfeutz.com which somehow lost its theme. I tried to reinstall the theme but got a system message telling me that WP threw an error (error code #55904) and to contact support. Separately I tried to install a different theme, one from WP and that failed too, saying that it ‘could not create directory.’
    Any ideas on what I can do?

    Hi there, because your site is hosted with Bluehost we do strongly recommend that you contact them directly; here at WordPress.com we are a separate host to Bluehost, meaning that we can’t really provide useful guidance.

    In addition to Bluehost’s own customer service, you could also post to the community forums of WordPress.org (which is where the WordPress software comes from):

    Just to note, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host such as Bluehost (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.
