Themes with infinite scroll break code highlight

  Themes with infinite scroll do not seems to work well with code highlighted using the [code] tag. Blocks of code in the first page appear fine but as I scroll beyond the first page any subsequent code is not highlighted properly. I have tried adding footer widgets but that does not resolve the problem. Is there a solution for this?
