Themes with more than 1 search criteria

    I am looking for a theme that will offer more than one search criteria. So you can put in 2 or 3 categories search criteria before pressing a button to do a search.
    For example I would like people to be able to enter 1) location, 2) rent/sale, 3) plots/houses/farms. This is 3 search criteria.
    At the moment I am using a drop down 2nd menu for the 2nd search criteria but a 3rd menu would start getting too much and I don’t think my wonderful Suburbia theme does a 3rd menu.
    Any suggestions would be great.

    Hi Julie,

    Suburbia does support three-levels of dropdown menus, but I agree that that may be hard for visitors to navigate.

    We don’t have the kind of search functionality that you described built into any of our themes, but you could consider using the category widget to display all of the categories you mentioned in the footer of your site:

    With the category widget, you can display your categories in a hierarchy. You could therefore have “Location” at the top with the “Rent/Sale” and “Plots/Houses/Farms” categories nested underneath.

    You could also have a browse through for themes that support widgets in areas other than the footer of your site, in order to make the category listing more prominent:
