themes won’t work

  I have been trying and trying to get themes to work on my blog but even though they show up in the preview, when I visit the site there is nothing there but my posts. Help? My blog is at http://wrapsbycelebrations.wordpress.com

  That is very weird indeed. I think you need to contact staff directly. Use the support button at the top of the page.
