Themify Upgrade Issues- PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hello!

    I have been attempting to update my premedicus.com webpage after having web developers set it up years ago. Here is what is happening:

    1. I discovered that the Themify Builder the developers used expired in 2017.
    2. I then purchased a new Themify Ultra subscription.
    3. After purchasing the subscription, I am still unable to save any changes made to the text in Themify Builder Ultra (it just shows a spinning wheel for hours and changes never update).

    PLEASE HELP! I so appreciate any advice.

    The site premedicus.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Amazon AWS Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/premedicus.com+dns

    To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
