Themify.me Parallax Theme- Help?

Hi,
Encountering an issue with this theme. Is anyone familiar?
I’m trying to link my pages/sections from watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVoO3xfSTWo YouTube tutorial. However, while they provide an overview of the layout, specificities concerning linking the menu to sections and pages are not covered.Currently, I have content duplicated as the page names must be published to have menu titles, while the sections are the necessary to segment the content.
I’m also a bit confused as to why WordPress doesn’t have a live chat line as I feel this problem could be solved in a 5-10 minute conversation.
Would someone be willing to walk me through this?

The site you’ve linked to is hosted on WordPress.com. As such we can use any of the 230+ themes found in your Dashboard under Appearance>Themes. Any other theme you find on the internet is meant for the standalone version of WordPress.
No upgrade will give you the ability to use an external theme here.

What is the REAL URL of the site you need help with?
the site linked to your name has the The Book Lite Theme. – not Parallax

Had I known I was on another account I would have done so. If wordpress offered live support, this problem could have been solved days ago.
I’m using wordpress.org to upload an external theme onto the site.
Can anyone help me with wordpress.org? I thought it would be fairly easy to intuit that I was using wordpress.org as I titled the posting to let everyone know I was hosting a theme from another site which would mean it is not a wordpress theme which would mean I’m working with .org.
Let me know if any one can actually help me.
