  Hi

  I currently use the Pilcrow theme. Without going through each and every theme available, can anyone tell me of a theme that allows the background (photo in my case), to be dispalyed only to one side of the page. Right now, it’s: background, my stuff, background. Have a look at my blog to see what I’m talking about!

  Why don’t you just knit your background image together with a strip of white on the left, then upload that?

  If you want it on one side only, go to Appearance > Background and set the position to Left or Right and the repeat to No Repeat or Tile Vertically.
