Hi, you would need Jetpack Premium or Pro to run our ads on that site. If you have that, can you reach out directly to that support?
Noting too, you will want to have thousands of organic (not paid) visits per month as it takes quite a bit of traffic to generate much revenue.

Some of them only apply to WordPress.com, but some will work well with your standalone installation too.
