I can now see my blog, thank the Lord. In the Billing history it says I paid $26 in Dec 2013 and 26$ in Jan 2013. I am happy to pay $26 to renew this but when I tried it just stayed the same.
6.a) I am using a MacBook Pro

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the http://theonlywai.wordpress.com/ blog and purchased the the domain mapping upgrade http://theonlywai.com/ to be able to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades and renew any upgrades.
