There appears to be a plagiarist using your service

    I received a notification of three comments for my approval. All three were pingbacks from a website that calls itself ‘Latest Express’ that is run by someone who goes by ‘Haruna James’. This is the website: https://latestexpress.com/. James took several of my blog posts and copy/pasted them into an article posted on Latest Express. All of Latest Express’s articles similarly appear to be plagiarized from other WordPress-hosted blogs. It appears WordPress is also hosting Latest Express itself. I thought you would want to be notified of this.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report. However, that site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but rather using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. Anyone can download the WordPress software to use however and wherever they want, and we have no control over sites that are not hosted on our servers.

    Please contact the hosting provider for that site directly, and follow their process for submitting a DMCA takedown request to have the content removed. Based on the IP address for that domain, their hosting provider is https://www.netcup.eu/
