Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? You have a site on Blogger that has also has other bloggers that long in there to write content?
Is your Blogger site online where we can still see it? If so what is the URL so we can visit?Thanks for the additional info!

I checked your export file and it appears that it’s a template file rather than a content one. Please follow the instructions linked below on how to generate an export file containing all your posts and pages:

how do u did that ?Every file you upload to your site gets stored in our system. So we can check the files you attempted to import. And those files are for a blogger template, i.e. a theme, and not for the content from a Blogger site.
When you export from Blogger, you’ll see two options: Template and Content backup. Make sure you’re exporting using the Content Backup option:

Hm, that’s your site’s theme file, not a content export.
Are you following the steps at https://transferto.wordpress.com/blogger/download-your-blogger-export-file/ ?
If so, I recommend contacting Blogger’s support about this.
