There has been a critical error on this website

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to buid my first online shop and have re ceived this error:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Except I haven’t seen an email come through to my site email addresses.
Has this happened to anyone else or can someone someone help me fix it?

I’ve checked it, and the site sutherlandtonewood.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
