  The website is fixed now, I just restore the website using the Jetpack Back up and Restore point.

  From the logs, we were seeing this fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “ZegenThemeOpt” not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/zegen/admin/mega-menu/custom_menu.php:90

  We do not recommend modifying theme files directly via the Dashboard. SSH/SFTP is preferred instead so that you can fix issues without having to restore a backup. If this is not a custom theme you’ve developed, it would also be recommended to Create a Child Theme for any customizations so that you do not lose your customizations any time the theme is updated.
