  • Hi there,

Your website (lenwriters.com) was built using the WordPress.org software but it is hosted on Hostinger.com. This forum provides support to websites hosted on WordPress.com.

To get help on your site, you may want to reach out to support at Hostinger.com to help you in troubleshooting the ‘critical error’ found on the site. Also, the community at the WordPress.org Support forums may be able to provide further assistance.

Lastly, to clear up any confusion, please note that WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two separate entities. WordPress.com is a cloud-based platform that manages WordPress websites, while WordPress.org is an open source stand-alone software that you can download and host with any other hosting. • Hi @wisebrayo,

Since you’re unable to access your dashboard, I suggest reaching out to your host for support. This likely is a plugin conflict.

Depending on your skill level, you can also manually uninstall a plugin to possibly resolve this issue. Here’s how: https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#troubleshooting

    Hope that helps!
