JetPack seems to be the problem. This is way over my head and I don’t understand what to do to fix it. Am waiting to hear back from JetPack support. In the meantime my website is down.

What is the exact error code you saw, and do you recall what specifically happened right before the error?

=====It appears the problem may be with JetPack as I cannot update it. And it’s all way over my head…
Thank you.

I put your site address
through the Jetpack debugging tool. That’s available for you at any time right here.
The problem is that the xml rpc file isn’t responding properly. We have some detailed steps to help you fix that connection. Go to:
and scroll down until you see the
Check your xmlrpc.php file
section.
I’m not going to be able to fix this on my end, but I hope this helps you get headed in the right direction. Good news, is that the site is still working on the front end, so visitors can see it.
After the xml rpc file is reconnected you’re going to be able to update the Jetpack plugin.
