  Keep in mind that this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform.   Hi Jennifer, I have a lot of company mail so I couldn’t justify the exact mail id and the error domain is (http://rasijewellers.com/) so you can send the recovery mail to the respective mail of the domain so kindly do the needs.

  Yeah, the issue from WordPress while updating the latest version of WP the critical error was shown. Then the domain is hosted by (hostinger.com)
