    I am receiving this message ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
    when I try to go to my website. And cannot view it, I have not changed anything or done anything to the website recently..

    Can you share the URL of the site?

    The error you describe point to you using the open source version of WordPress at another host, so our ability to help is limited – we only have control over sites hosted on our own servers. But I can help point you in the right direction :)

    That error page should also include a link to the troubleshooting guide on WordPress.org which explains how you can fix whatever is causing the issue – usually this is caused by a plugin breaking during an update, so you can log into the database via your hosting control panel and disable all plugins there. If that helps, log into WP-Admin and re-enable your plugins one at a time until the error reappears. That will tell you which plugin is the cause.

    Then you can contact support for that plugin for more help.
