There has been a critical error on this website

    Hi!
I cannot access my website from the front end OR the back end. I received an email to this effect which I will show below. The recovery mode link provided in the email also does not work. Please assist!

I have received the below email:

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.0.2
    Active theme: Storefront (version 4.1.3)
    Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 6.8.2)
    PHP version 7.4.30

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

You can also take a look at the troubleshooting guide here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

In addition, you might want to consider posting your question at WordPress.org’s support forum, where people are familiar with such problems and can help you in a more efficient manner: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    Hope this helps! :)
