    Hello,
    When accessing my website dancelucinda.com it comes up with:
    ‘There has been a critical error on this website’

    I note that I have 10 published pages, however none of them show when I try to access, and all of the plugins have disappeared. Further, Jetpack is disconnected and I can’t seem to reinstate it. I am also unable to install any plugins as the INSTALL button is greyed out.

    Can anyone assist in how I might be able to get my site back up and running?

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host One.com for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
