  Hi :) It seems to be a problem with my website ( http://www.artisticmakeupstudio.ro ) , I cannot open it and I don’t have access to wordpress admin . When I enter the site , there is a loooong line of characters that honestly I don’t know what error can this be and this is the mesage i get at the bottom of the page ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I have no training in this field so please at least help me find out where the problem comes from. Thank you !

  Hi there,

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host artisticmakeupstudio.ro on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Westnetwork) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  The folks over in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help, thanks!

  Thank you so much for your response ! Unfortunately, those who built this site for me did not inform me that hosting could be done with you, thus benefiting from your technical support. Please consider whether I could now move the site to your hosting platform. For me it would be a great advantage not only in the present situation but also for the future as this site is extremely important for me being the only connection with my clients.

  Hi there,

  You can definitely move your site to us if you prefer. Though you will have to sort out the current issue first, as both our migration options will require you to have access to WP-Admin.

  If you want to move the entire site, including theme and plugins, that would need you to be on our Business Plan. But aside from transferring the domain that’s a separate process, we can migrate everything for you automatically via the Jetpack plugin, and you’ll have access to live chat support should you get stuck at any point.

  Alternatively you can transfer your content only on a cheaper plan, using a standard WordPress export. But you’ll still need a paid plan to bring your domain over as well.
