When I try to load my website or the back end I get this message that there has been a critical error on this website and to check the site admin email box. There is nothing in there about it and I have no idea how to start fixing the issue.

Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:
